HOW Properties advertised online [redacted] showing pictures of a beautiful remodel one bedroom apartment with kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, complete bathroom with toilet, hardwood floors On August 22, we contact the HOW agency representative via email about this property We made arrangements to travel from Pittsburgh and view the apartment Wednesday, August 24th We were advised that the unit was currently under renovation, may not be 100% complete, but the pictures were accurate as to what we could expect As we reside in Pittsburgh and needed an apartment for a new job starting Sept 6th, we elected to move forward with the application and submitted the application fee and one months rent security deposit On Wednesday, August 24th, my son and daughter met with the Agent from HOW Properties to see [redacted] *** Imagine their shock to find that there was nothing in #**, no kitchen cabinets, no counter tops, no bathroom what so ever, not eve
