Took tractor in for repairs. Asked for a written estimate for repairs. Was told that I must write a check for 5000.00 before a estimate was given. Refused to do so . Then was informed that the bill was for 581.00 for the estimate that I never received.
I have more email correspondence if you like.

I am open to suggestions to resolve this issue. We have $581.90 invested in diagnosing her tractor and will not give a guarentee fix number without investing more money to split the tractor.

I am rejecting this response because:First The Tractor has been at the repair shop since March of 2019. I never received a written estimate so I could authorize any work to be done.This bill was just made up after I complained to Hoven equipment in Great Falls.My resoulation to the problem instead playing cover up for your mistakes Is to remember in a successful business The customer is always right. Help me load my tractor to haul out and put some effort into selling me new equipment. You are not only alienating me by this unprofessional conduct but the next generation of ranchers that are taking over. The future in Ag is the young.
