We worked with the owners of Tile Dimensions finishing our basementThey had good taste, did a fine job at first, even though they took a lot longer than we had anticipated but we were able to be very flexibleWe did some custom cabinets and wanted a space for the dishwasher that is a standard inch openingA inch measurement is something that is common knowledgeOur schematic also said we had a inch opening and when we went to install the dishwasher (after cabinets and tile and granite!) it didn't fit!!! The measurement was actually and 6/8ths!! We went to them and they basically said we were in the wrongWe were told that we verbally told them a different measurement that was not in the schematic and is NOT a standars cut out!!! They told us it was their word against ours and offered no option to fix itheir huge errorWe will now have to spend more money to somehow either sand and restain the cabinet opening or get a smaller (more expensive) dishwasherBe careful as they can make a serious mistake and not stand up for their work!!!!!

Houzz/Tile Dimensions owes us $3,000 in materials and another $2,685 for a sub-contractor where will paid the invoices, but Houzz/Tile Dimensions has not. This business is not returning calls to attempt to rectify the situation.

Job is incomplete with loose tiles, delays, and broken promises. His excuse to fixing my small job was his new big jobs. Job is incomplete and his proposed return dates were months out.
