I have always had a good experience dealing with P&T. They take great care and make sure I am always happy. I have been dealing with them for years and have never had a problem.

I just had the most wonderful customer service experience over [redacted] phone with H & R Block Forest Lawn. Sylvia went above and beyond in helping me, being respectful and kind and easy to speak to! I needed to access some tax information, and she was able to help me with what I needed.
