MAKING FRAUD and THEFTS (HOUSTON COPIER CONNECTION) not honest people. Stay away. Not honest throughout the process.They took the brand new items and replaced with broken ones

This absurd company stated that it would be $150 an hour for service plus parts.
The technician was here a minimum of two minutes. He opened the print cartridge part and said we should try using HP ink and see if that fixes it. He asked if when I called in did they try to ask me what was wrong to diagnose on the phone and I said no. He said "Oh they must be super backed up because of the holidays and rushed and just go you booked) He then left.
I went and got HP ink and it fixed the issue.
The company then charges us $150 plus tax for the technician to spend 2 minutes in our office.
I AM APPALLED AT HOW THEY WOULD THINK THIS WAS OK.

My concern is that I was not told that I would be charged for an estimate. The charge my credit card for an estimate was $102.84 without my consent. That doesn't include a complimentary cleaning while already inside the machine. When Houston Copier Connection representative asked me for a credit card, I explained to him that I want to know what the cost is before they charge my credit card. The representative stated to me a second time that a credit card must be provided when leaving the equipment at their business. I can't understand why the representative would not tell me that there is a charge for an estimate on repairs.
This is a deceptive business.
