HAR has been ignoring the issue of incorrect appraisal of our house for more than 6 months!!! ?HAR is supposed to be the most legitimate real estate tool that reflects the true value of each residential house in the market. I contacted HAR last March (9 months ago) to complain the incorrect market? information of our house: *** The CORRECT and official appraised value of our house on *** clearly shows that the appraisals are $161,040 in 2015, $165,680 in 2016 and $142,320 in 2014. But if you go on HAR, it shows you the totally MISLEADING and INCORRECT 3 years of appraised values as $80,520 in 2015, $82,840 in 2016 and $142,320 in 2014. It shows the value dropped down 43.42% after 2014, which is totally WRONG!
?I? emailed the issue to HAR and explained it many times to the IT team ?of HAR. I tied to urge them ?to redo the entire webpage, just a webpage?. Apparently it should be so easy for HAR to fix a simple blue chart and numbers on their own marketing webpage.? ?But ??NO ONE has ever ?replied us anything? since June? in 2017 until today. ?Last conversation with me, their IT team simply replied that the webpage ?had ?show?n a legal description that the 50% UDI so the value was only 50% of the ?total. Ridiculous explanation!!!!! ? ?50% UDI ONLY means me and my husband Tyler Rich pay the property taxes on 50%-50% basis? at year end? ?but has NOTHING to do with the 100% appraisal value of this property at all!!! HAR ?should be the most authorized and ?most ?knowledgeable ?entity ?to understand the meaning of appraisal value? and deliver it 100% on the website!
We are asking HAR to redo the entire webpage with the CORRECT NUMBERS of our house appraisal including the prices, blue chart of 3 years value and cost based on tax value, since we are thinking to sell it in the coming March.

HAR finally solved the website issue by merging 2 links to 1 link, which should have been completed as we had requested it 9 months ago!!! I and my husband have done a lot of upgrades in the property and planning to sell it soon, but certainly with a correct appraisal price. HAR eventually resolved the website issue by correcting the 100% appraisal value based upon the number given by ***. I thought about quitting the membership with HAR since I am only focused on the hotel transactions this year and we have 5 projects already in the pipeline. But now it is a great timing to permanently solve everything and I will go ahead to close the Revdex.com complaint. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
