timely and professional manner, no violation of the lease was found.We also maintain high standards regarding resident confidentiality. For this reason, not every question posed by a resident regarding another resident can be answered. In observance of this policy, the property manager acknowledged the question and did make a courteous response.In November, 2016 this resident received a letter informing her that she will be relocated to a newly renovated apartment no later than December 2018 at a specified property.  The move to a new unit is being precipitated by Housing Catalyst’s participation in HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD.)   Information on RAD can be found at www.hud.gov/radWe know moving can be stressful and her  property manager is always available if the resident has questions about the proposed move.
