*** is correct in stating that she and her husband did make a deposit towards the build out of their truckThe build out was completed in March of At that time we submitted paperwork to the department of health to review the plans and move forward with the permitting processThis process
took much longer than expected and was not complete until early June Once complete substantial changes to the layout and plans of the vehicle have to be madeWe are in the process of making these changes and expect the truck to be ready for pickup by 9/9/There is a contingency in our contract for late deliveries and at the time of pick up our customer will receive a $6,credit due to the delayWe are also willing to delay the beginning of the repayment period until Spring of next year (2018) to give them ample time to use the vehicle, receive final permitting and licensing, and get on the road with their businessIt was never our intention to delay the project so long, however, the combination of coordinating with the health department, and the complexity associated with the project has necessitated that we take the time to thoroughly complete the project correctlyThis vehicle will serve as a reliable mobile platform for your business for at least the next decade and we are taking painstaking care to make sure that it is durable, reliable, and efficient.?
