ON 11-29-17 H.C.S.'s diagnosed problem, said they ordered parts, today, another excuse! I'd like to believe ***, but.....:(
on 11-28-2017, re:file #***, the malfunction of my FRIGIDAIRE washer/dryer, model #FEX831F4, was diagnosed and the necessary parts were supposedly ordered. As of today, when the repair was suppose to take place, *** called to say the 'back-ordered' part, received, was 'cracked', and he's made calls to get replacement by 1-2-2018. My insurance company is looking into 'subrogation' and has asked me to produce those replacement parts. My enthusiasm is fading.
