Household Auto Finance

Review: I purchased two vehicles and they were both financed through Household auto finance. I paid both vehicles off and when I tried to request for the titles I was told there was some monies owed. I tried to call this company but I was told they went out of business and were bought out by [redacted]. I tried to call [redacted] and they get telling me all they know is there is an outstanding balance. I asked for a payment history I was told they have none. I tried to tell them both accounts are paid off but they wanted me get documentation from [redacted] since that is how my payments were made. I tried calling [redacted] but they only have certain parameters that they deal with regarding transactions. That was not successful. All I want are the titles to both vehicles.
