Any issues you have go through the chat portion of the software. You get a " I'll check into it" answer and then no follow up ever.

You make contact again with a different rep, and they do the same routine. After over half a dozen attempts with a different rep every time they wear you down by this process causing you to give up.

This experience has been a nightmare and I'm out $588 for a bit of usuage because they will not refund unused monthly premiums.

Be sure this software is right for you and you enjoy poor customer service and business practices...

While apps have issues here and there this corporation has no moral compass when it comes to making sure that their customers are satisfied. They had an issue with the tax rate section of the price list (which caused me to lose revenue, and they are not willing to find a remedy for this situation) Meanwhile, they are still charging people for faulty service. I am looking for a credit for the loss of revenue.

P.S. their chat based support system is useless, and is a very useful psychological tool for “solving such issues”. It makes people to give up complaining, because it becomes too much of a hassle to do so.
