As a seasoned home buyer, I have had a few inspections in my life and I was VERY impressed with Nick and House to Home Inspections as a whole Immediately upon making my appointment, I was sent a confirmation email and so was my realtor Then the day prior to the inspection, I was sent a reminder email along with my inspection agreement...which wait for it.....was able to be signed through my SMART PHONE! I ended up receiving my inspection report later that evening via email and I was just very impressed with the layout, the attention to detail and the customer service overall from this company Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Service. We are first time home buyers and Nick walked us through each step and made us feel very comfortable with our new home. He also found leaking windows that the seller agreed to replace in our counter offer. He even came back out for the final walk through prior to closing. Outstanding experience. [redacted] walked me through the whole process from start to finish and explained what he was going to look for and what would be in the report. I was very impressed that he got on the roof too! My realtor recommended House to Home and I was nervous about the home inspection in general from a bad experience with a previous inspector but this was completely different. I am really pleased with my inspection, the house and my realtor. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants a thorough inspection.
