Visited Dr*** office for check up on 4/20/
She diagnosed 'Pterygium'
It grows and blocking my visionit includes pain, blurry vision etc
Dr.Sinha told me that I need to get surgery because it's pretty big and it needs to removed
So,they got me the paper works that explains how to prepare Pterygium surgery
they said they will call me after they schedule with surgery center
today's date is 11/29/I waited little over months now
they have not call me nor schedule a surgery
I tried call them several times every month for past months, everytime I call, they told me the samething over and over for monthssaying that they still talking to the surgery center for scheduleit is only when I called
they never call me back, letting me know how it goes
I do not believe the local surgery center doesn't schedule with this doctor for months
Drsinha not treating her patient very wrongshe can't be letting me waiting this long without any notice
[redacted] & [redacted], I'm so sorry you've run into so much trouble with your new home, it breaks my heart when folks move in and find significant damage that was hidden during the inspection. All homes need some kind of repairs, even brand new builds have some defects.I expressed on June 9th a few...
days after you first contacted me & I came to see your concerns my inspection is a report of only what's visible at the time of the inspection, at that time I refunded more than half of your inspection fee out of empathy for yoursituation as first time home-buyers, I don't believe that check has been cashed. There were no visible indications of active water leaks in your home at the time of inspection, the area of staining you referred to in your complaint is common in basements due to the higher relative humidity. This was also dry at the inspection. I checked the NOAA website to confirm my memory of significant rains during the month after our inspection and we had 7.88 inches between the inspection & your closing day. This may have affected conditions due to the debris filled loose gutter at the rear of the home in my report (item 15). The areas of pooling water in the back yard, soil high at basement windows and poor lot drainage (item 1) may have also contributed although there was no evidence during the inspection. As I mentioned during the inspection and again at my June visit it is entirely up to my clients how they address the defects in the report. The sewer stack in your complaint was located between finished basement walls, there were no visible leaks & it was not fully accessible at the inspection. As is outlined clearly in our signed contract, report disclaimer & I mentioned during our visit I follow the ASHI standards of practice. I can't do any damage or remove any installed components to see what's behind them. Clients assume all risk for concealed conditions & our reports don't constitute a home warranty or guarantee of future conditions.I empathize with your frustration under the circumstances.Attached are our signed contract & the inspection report.Thank You,[redacted]
