I placed a $85 order on 4/27/2020. I received all the normal email confirmations and my card was charged. On 5/5 I received a tracking number stating my plants had shipped. The package was never received by usps for shipment. I have tried emailing, calling, even dming and commenting on their social media with no response or help. I have now 5/20 filed a dispute for my money back.

Hi, We are so sorry about the delay in response! We have been hit with unprecedented demand causing us to be a bit backlogged on emails. We have had our team take a look at your case and it looks like the package was marked as lost by USPS. We have had a replacement already sent out and our team has sent you a email with tracking details. With current levels of traffic of calls and emails we are asking customers to message us anything urgent through Facebook Messenger. Sorry again for the inconvenience and delay.

I purchased 5 plants from House Plant Shop on April 16th. They charged my card but I never got a notification that they had shipped. They were delivered to the post office about two and a half weeks later, so I had to go over there and pick them up. Upon opening the package, I noticed several of the plants were damaged and one was missing. I've contacted them four or five times via email by now and I haven't gotten a single response. I messaged them on Instagram and got a response, but now they have completely ignored my request to replace the damaged and missing plants. I'm going to try calling them tomorrow, but based on what the previous reviewer said, I doubt I'll get through to anyone. Please take your business elsewhere, because this is unacceptable.

We have had our team take a look at your case and it looks like the missing plants were refunded. For the damaged items, we are very sorry to hear that they didnt arrive in great shape. We have a policy to refund or replace damaged plants and our team has reached out to you about this.

When I received my order, one of the ordered items was not shipped and had, refunded, written on the packing slip next to the item I did not receive. I did not receive a refund and I cannot get anyone from the business to respond to my numerous attempts.

Hi, We are very sorry that you didnt receive the refund through the Sezzle Payment system. We have contacted them as the refund has been issued from ourside to release the refund to you. I am only giving one star because it won't let me leave a review with 0 stars...
I ordered some plants on 4/8/202, and although my credit card was charged, I never received an e-mail confirmation of my purchase from the mercahnt. I have called the company, and only get a voicemail (no option to speak with anyone, it goes right to voicemail!), which I left. I have sent e-mails and also a message on Instagram, all with no help or resolution.
Since no one there can be bothered to actually return a message, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company for these charges.
Shame on you, House Plant Shop, for you crappy service!

Purchased a gift subscription for my wife for Christmas 2019. I have paid for 3 months and was notified I was about to be charged for a 4th. I have only received a single package. Emails to customer service go unanswered. Supplied tracking numbers are wrong and not for shipments to my address. Honestly it seems like a scam website to me.

As it seems like you haven’t received them, we will issue a full refund and cancel you ongoing subscription. We have dedicated customer service staff that answer emails daily so we will also check why the messages fell through the crack. Again, I turkey apologize and we will be issuing the refund.

They provide no way to do this on their website. I will wait for the business to perform these actions (refund, account closure, payment information deleted) and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Its disappointing the response from House Plant Box includes a misleading lie about all the deliveries being confirmed delivered. Yeah, confirmed to be delivered to many different addresses that are not mine because this company has very poor logistics and were sending my plants to not my address. I have received exactly 1 plant after 3 payments, and it has since died. The fact that they continue combatively speak about their customers this way even in their own Revdex.com complaint tells you all you need to know about this scam company. I will open a new Revdex.com complaint if they refuse to remove my payment details, thank you.

I ordered a Ficus Ruby Rubber Plant from House Plant Shop, and they sent me a Ficus Tinke Rubber Plant instead of what I ordered from them. I contacted them by email, and they agreed to send me the correct plant. When I went online again to their online store I seen that they had the plant back in stock, and I wondered why I had not received my correct plant yet. So I again contacted them by email, and I asked them why had I not received my correct plant yet since I seen that they had them back in stock. I didn't get an immediate response so I made two attempts to call then and I sent another email to them, and I checked their website, and now it said that they were out of stock on the website again, but then I received an email from them stating that they were going to send my correct plant out that weekend, but when the weekend came I did not receive a tracking number until Monday. Then when I received the plant on Wednesday October 23, 2019 they sent me another incorrect plant, and it was the same incorrect plant that they had previously sent to me a Ficus Tinke Rubber Plant instead of the Ficus Ruby Rubber Plant which I had ordered from them I made an attempt to contact them again both by email, and by telephone, and I haven't received a response from them. I sent pictures to them on both occasions of the mistakes on both occasions that they sent me the incorrect plant with email attachments/pictures along with the shipping invoice slips for both occasions as well

The customer ordered a plant from us and received one that looked very similar but not identical to the one pictured. We sent him a replacement plant and again it was not the correct one according to him. We have now issued him a full refund and he gets to keep both the plants we sent him free of charge.
