They came out and made the templateWhen it came in and installed it, they were missing an entire section of the counterThey remade an additional template and we called and called to get an answer as to when the other counter top would be inThe first recording indicated the father/owner had passed away and the shop would re-open days later(yes we were sorry to hear of the passing of the father)We called days later, no answer and no returned callsCalled several more times and nothingWe finally got a hold of them and were told they would be here days laterOf course they never showed up and never calledWe called again the next day and no answerFinally got someone to answer the phone several days later and again told we will be out on Tuesday between 2-They would be in the next town overOnce again, no show and no phone callI would not recommend themAs of today, we still don't have our counter top

We recently had new counter tops installed by House of StoneIt turned our BEAUTIFUL We were able to pick out our Granite from their many displays in the yard (this was not offered by other dealers)The price was reasonable, the workmanship excellent, workers were very professional Any and all request were responded to promptlyTotally happy with the end results Yours truly, [redacted]
