House of Stone, Inc

We recently had new counter tops installed by House of Stone. It turned our BEAUTIFUL. We were able to pick out our Granite from their many displays in the yard (this was not offered by other dealers). The price was reasonable, the workmanship excellent, workers were very professional. They came out and made the template. When it came in and installed it, they were missing an entire section of the counter. They remade an additional template and we called and called to get an answer as to when the other counter top would be in. The first recording indicated the father/owner had passed away and the shop would re-open 3 days later. (yes we were sorry to hear of the passing of the father). We called 5 days later, no answer and no returned calls. Called several more times and nothing. We finally got a hold of them and were told they would be here 2 days later. Of course they never showed up and never called. We called again the next day and no answer. Finally got someone to answer the phone several days later and again told we will be out on Tuesday between 2-4. They would be in the next town over. Once again, no show and no phone call. I would not recommend them. As of today, we still don't have our counter top.
