Used their web site last year (2013) to attempt to order my daughter's Christmas giftShirt shown to select appeared availableOrdered a few itemsDidn't get confirmation order was processed within hours and grew slightly concernedAttempted to contact House of MerchResponse came week+ laterStated the desired items were on back-order...and didn't specify when they would be availableAfter going back and forth through numerous emails, I needed to threaten to have the credit card company dispute the charge and report them...week+ goes by, they respond order was canceledI DO NOT recommend the House of MerchUnprofessional, unresponsive, terrible customer service, ...simply put, they should not be allowed to do businessHorrible, terrible company!
