Sorry about the delay reply? I just got back from my vacation? I sent a gift card on June 20th regular mail? I am guessing you did not receive the gift card? So we will resend a paper gift certificate in a USPS flat rate envelope? This way it can be tracked and also it does not feel like a gift card is in the envelope if someone handles the mail.USPS tracking number: [redacted] It will probably be 7/27/after mail man pick up to show tracking.Thank you? ?
Hi ***,We are sorry about the experience you had at our Dublin House of Japan location? Sunday Lunch is one of our busiest lunch of the week? In a span of hour lunch, we have more than 400+ people usually that wants to dine here? We are very efficient on getting people in and out, but in your case, we did not do our job very well? I think our hostess just lost track because we were busy.? We had a meeting with both hostess working Sunday 6/5/regarding this matter and customer service in general.On Sunday, we recommend reservations to make your dinning experience more smoothly? We like to send you a gift certificate to give us a try again? Again, we apologize about the experience you had on Sunday? ?
