Review: I recieved the Toner cartridge in the mail I ordered from them. It appears to be damaged in the sealed plastic. It is leaking toner from it. I called and emailed them several time since May 31st. They continue to ignore any contact in which I have left for them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me a new toner cartridge to replace the defective one I have recieved.

Review: Ordered 4 HP print cartridges for an HP-3600. Got 4 "remanufactured" cartridges. Started having problems with our printer. Contacted House of Inkjet. I sent them samples of the documents I was printing showing missing lines of data. They replaced the black cartridge only and it was defective. It put black smudges all over the pages. When I returned the faulty black cartridge, they insisted it was NOT their cartridge. I still have the boxes the cartridges came in. I haven't ordered from anyone else. This company sells substandard products. They "bait and switch" and then deny it is their product. This is the only printer in the office and they are the only company I ordered from. This company has multiple complaints online. They are a scam. There are countless complaints of the same nature. When I emailed and told them that they were lying about the cartridges they sent, they would not correspond with me any further. Please read the reviews on this company.
