If I can save one person the trouble I went thru it would all be worth it. Ryan, the owner, is a piece of garbage. You have been warned.

I placed an order with House of Fontanini on Aug. 5, 2013. I qualified for "Fast Free Shipping" as it states on it's website. I did receive an email confirmation of my order but then heard nothing for a week. I called and asked about the status of my order and they said it had been shipped on Aug.9th. I stated I had received no shipping confirmation as the website said I would. The man I spoke with was discourteous. After a few more days I again called on 8/14 stating I did not receive a shipping confirmation. They sent one out that day but it didn't state the date of shipping or a tracking #. I got no response when I e-mailed asking for a tracking #. I called again on 8/16 asking for a tracking #. The same man who was condescending and arrogant stated that if I got the free shipping there is no tracking number and that I should allow 7-10 business days for delivery. He again said it was shipped on 8/9. I live within driving distance from this store so it shouldn't take more than a couple of days. My order finally arrived 8/17 and there was a tracking # on the package. Tracking info states that electronic shipping info was picked up on 8/16, so I assume that was when it was sent out or perhaps the day before, but certainly not on 8/9. My rating is low because I felt the person representing the company was untruthful and not at all courteous. Also the order took almost 2 weeks to get here from a distance of about 40 miles. The web site is misleading as it states "fast free shipping" with orders over a certain amount. I will not order from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS company.
I have had the worst time dealing with this company and there customer service, I am researching the Fontaini Company and suggesting that they discontinue there relationship with these people. I will post the name and address to contact at Fontaini as soon as I can
