Review: On March 29, 2013 I visited this shop and inquired about a light tint for my windows and a rear view mirror attachment that included the navigational feature. When I had the tint done the gentleman at the desk whom [redacted] called [redacted] charged me in full for both products. I was immediately taken aback that I would be charged for a product that hadn't seen let alone a service that was not performed. I was advised by [redacted] that I should not worry and that I would be extremely pleased with the service. I was advised by [redacted] that this item was accessible and the cost would be $567.00 and that a deposit was required. I provided the money for the deposit and I was not advised when the attachment arrived. I had to call [redacted] to find out when the attachment arrived. Prior to finalizing the sale I asked [redacted] if the color of the Item would match the interior of my vehicle and he said "yes." I also asked [redacted] if the item would fit over my current rear view mirror and he said "yes." Once it arrived, asked [redacted] several times to let me see the product and he found himself very busy. Once I saw the product I was immediately disappointed as the appearance of the product was completely misrepresented by [redacted]. I advised [redacted] that not only did the product look nothing like he promised me it would they had charged me in full for a service that they had not rendered.

Today is April 30, 2013 more than one month later and I still have not received the product or the service that I requested.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund
