Review: There site has the wrong pricing on it so I was overcharge and then after calling 10 to 20 times also refused to give me a receipt even after requested.Desired Settlement: refund $27 and a health inspection on restaurant done.

By this letter, I just want to clarify the Complain from Ms. [redacted] on Januarty 28, 2016 regarding the food on House of Chan Restaurant. Ms. [redacted] called around 7 pm on Jan 28, 2016 to order some food to go and asked for delivery. About 20 min after, she calleld back and complained the food was no good and demanding a refund. The owner asked she bringing back the food for refund, but she insisted the owner had to pick up the food and refunder her $27.00. She was so upset and called more than 10 times. The owner finally decided to went back her appartment and gave her back her $27.00. Few days later, the owner received the complain letter from Revdex.com. The owner of the restaurant ask his customer to call Ms [redacted] on Jan 4, 2016. Ms. [redacted] acknowndged she got her $27.00 from the owner on the same day (Jan 28, 2016) and happy with the settlement. I believe Ms. [redacted] filled her complain before she received her $27.00.
