Terrible customer service and I never received the product I ordered or a refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This situation is between the Business and the [redacted]. As a business owner it is their responsibility to ship their merchandise, so that it is insured with a signature for situations like this. As a consumer, it is unacceptable for them to even suggest that I share responsibility. Most importantly, a store credit is unacceptable, because I will never shop with this business again. Therefore, I am requesting a FULL REFUND.

This case has been resolved. The clients package was shipped out tracking#([redacted])but because she was not there to get her package. [redacted] held her package for 15days and it was returned back to the sender. So...
instead the client came to the store and picked up her item on 6/*. Thank you
Hi [redacted],That's not a problem, what I will do is cancel you ordered and the manager issue refunds on wednesdays. You will get an email about the cancellation/refund, it take 8-12 business days for the money to show on your account. That includes our processing as well as your banks...

Hi [redacted],Unfortunately, it's outside of the time frame to give you a refund. However we did issue you a store credit for the entire order because we did ship out the joggers. But for some reason there hasn't been any movement on your order and we are filing a claim. You can use the store credit for all the items we have in stock we have some new great pieces, also if you would still like the joggers we have that in stock as well.Thank you
