Hour Eyes

Review: I visited Hour Eyes for an eye exam. I mentioned three times that I would be getting new glasses for computer work. Several days later I purchased a set of Lunor and when I indicated that I wanted the lens with focal distance appropriate for computer work, I was told that my prescription was for reading and distance only. Further, I was told that it was somewhat lazy on the part of the Hour Eyes optometrist not to include the common third prescription for computer work. When I called Hour Eyes, I was abruptly told that any optometrist could "figure it out". I was advised by another doctor that this was not true. I has to pay for another eye exam from a competent optometrist. In addition to the optometrist at Hour Eyes, the staff is pleasant, but not very knowledgeable or professional.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of $125 for an unsatisfactory eye exam from an individual who may not be licensed in this country.
