Houndstooth Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning has the WORST customer and carpet cleaning services. The carpet cleaning technicians are unprofessional and unskilled. They leave residue on your carpet and most times do not clean your carpet thoroughly causing additional expense to get it done correctly. I have happily decided to move on to a better option.
Ms. has used our service twice this year, once on 3/2 and once on 5/15. We never heard any complaints rom the first service, Regarding the second appointment, Ms.called us two days after the work was done and reported a lingering odor, so we set up another appointment at no charge for 5/21. We have not heard from her since.
In the event Ms.is still not satisfied,we will certainly consider a full refund.

I have had a complaint during my last two carpet cleaning experiences with Houndstooth Carpet Cleaning and they have been reported to Houndstooth Carpet Cleaning. During the last visit, I called and spoke to Chris B expressing my dissatisfaction and was treated poorly at the time of my call. At this point, I am requesting a full refund. Please mail the check to my address.
I used this carpet cleaning service for a while and the last two sub contractors they have, did not do a good job at all. Being that this is the second bad experience, they wet my carpet and supposedly shampooed my 3 bedroom living room and dining room in 15 minutes. No spot remover used and I called the company to complain, no apology offered or nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone...
Ms. informed us that she has been using us for years with no problems. We offered her either a full refund or a free recleaning in which management would hand-pick the technician. She opted for the former, which we will take care of today. Incidentally, the particular technician, Bobby L, who cleaned her carpet, normally gets many unsolicited compliments, so we are hoping that on that particular day he perhaps had an anomalous malfunction with his equipment. We sincerely regret our customer's dissatisfaction and hope that our long relationship has been restored.

I receive a discount coupon in the circular mail and decided to use this company. I can honestly say you get what you pay for and I am highly disappointed in the poor customer service I received from their representative who came to my home - he seem like the world was on his shoulders and treated me as though I stole his best friend - there was so much tension a knife wouldn't cut it. I was told my home would be deodorized within the cost and it was not - my dog has an accident in one of my rooms and I felt like he tried to hustle me out of an additional 45.00 to deodorize that room, but I was told when I booked the appointment, that the deodorizing was included. When he first started cleaning my carpets I could smell the deodorant being used, but then he went out side and came back in and I could no longer smell anything! I call to make complaint and was told wait until my carpets dry and if I didn't feel like they were up to par - they would come back out to redue. I wouldn't use this company again in life, even if someone paid for me or the offer came free. I have to smudge my home from the bad and negative energy he left behind!!! Now I an forced to call another company to do what I already paid for....ugh!!! Disappointed
