The company that the unit was bought from no longer deals with The mfg(***) as *** refuses to stand behind there productsThere is a lawsuite against *** in ChinaThere is parts aviable for these units but because of the type of damage this
unit cannot be repairedThe warranty company will replace the parts but not a new complete unitWe could not get a reply from the mfgand it took a wile to get an answer from the warranty companyWe offered to replace the complete unit with a new better quality and more efficient unit for $***That was the last we have heard from the customerSorry for the late reply as this is the first notice that we receivedAll warranties are limited warranties and we cannot be responsible for the MFGor warranties companies as they are out of our control, we strive to provide the best products and coverage as stated to us at the time of sale
Because we do value our name we will replace this customers **K unit at our expence with a new **K *** high efficenty unit BUT by doing so this will release us from any future warranties with this customer on any of his products
I feel that this is only fair
