Per phone conversation with MrsH***,Consumer did not complain of her issues regarding the camp while her daughter was attending Company advised that her counselors are CPR certified and that the consumer continued to use the camp after the visit to the pool She also advised that a
camp counselor paid out of their pocket for ice cream because the consumer's daughter did not have any money to enjoy the ice cream with the other children The owner advised that upon finding out the consumer wanted a refund, she offered her a month of free classes which the consumer rejected The company stands by their no refund policy, which is displayed on their website

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear Mrs. H[redacted] has still has not  addressed any of my issues. I discontinued my daughter camp after finding out about the pool situation (no life guard) as well as the ice cream store.  She is correct that my daughter did not have money for ice cream because going to the ice cream store or the pool is not listed as part of the camp on the website.  My daughter didn't have money for ice cream because she is lactose intolerant!!!! Mrs. H[redacted]  would have know this had she ran a legitimate camp and required medical and contact information. As far as the refund policy goes, no where on the summer camp website page is the anything about no refunds. I do not feel that Mrs. H[redacted] place of business is a safe environment for my daughter therefore I would not want her to take any classes with Mrs. H[redacted] or any of her staff members.
