Did not receive purchase, noticed someone was wearing my dress on TV. Asked for a refund did not receive. still waiting on new dress or refund. 5 mos
Purchased a dress on 8/10/2019 for 300 dollars. I was told o would receive the dress in 2-3 weeks. I did not receive it and then I saw that a celebrity had the dress that I purchased on TV. I called the owner to express my disappoint and requested a refund. He apologized and explained he did not have the money to refund me. I said well give me another dress. This was on 9/24/2019. He invited me to a fashion show. 11/4/2019 I started sending messages to get this matter resolved. I saw a different dress that I liked. I was not getting responses until I threatened to dispute the purchase on my credit card. 12/2/2019 he said he would have the dress to me in 21 days. After 21 days passed he changed it to 21 business days minus the holidays. Then he said he was waiting on some material from
Hong Kong. 12/30/2019 he claimed he had the material and was starting on my dress. Today is 1/14/2020 I still do not have a dress and no response after I have tried to contact him. Very very poor service. He always had an excuse as to why he can't deliver. I am extremely disappointed.
