I had an injury in April of 2019 that prevented me from continue use of facility equipment and workouts. I turned in a note in October of 2019 with a medical release form from my physician on 10/21/19 that released me from gym membership. As directed by the Hotworx personnel, I brought the letter in to give my "written" notice of membership cancellation and I am still being charged for a service I can no longer use. My credit card has been charged twice today and per the manager's email on 01/17/2020, I had questioned why I was still getting billed for a service that I cancelled. In the email it stated "please disregard-thank you". It is now February and I have been getting charged and would like for the company to reimburse my payments.
