I like the fact that it’s a 24 hour gym, and that you have the privacy of working out in a sauna. People know not to book the sauna with someone else, unless you are working out with a friend or someone you know. I was told that upon joining the gym, and that’s understandable because who would want to work out with a stranger in a small sauna and due to social distancing it’s best not to book the sauna that’s already been booked. The sauna’s are too small to have more than one person at a time in the Pilates, barre, yoga classes, etc. The cycling HITT sessions you can work out with two people in there, but it’s suggested only if it’s someone you know and not a stranger. I’ve lost weight and the gym mainly focuses on toning with the various exercises. Overall, I love the gym and it’s a good fit for me.
