We at Hotsy Unlimited, Incsincerely apologize for the issues that seemed to have arisen subsequently to the service we provided. The issues with the equipment that the customer brought to our attention when he brought the equipment in were repaired accordingly. When the equipment was
originally brought in for repair, the so called "tears in the lines" were not brought to our attention. We will be happy to service your equipment if you so choose to bring it in for repair. The cost of repair will be standard (parts, labor, etc.)

In regard to the response by *** ***:While we strive for a great customer service experience every time at Hotsy, we can only provide the services that are requested and documented on the work orders. We did this with *** as you will see with the signed work order that I am including with this response. Our service manager also witnessed *** inspect his equipment prior to signing and paying for his repaired equipment. In regard to the other situation h has included in his complaint, I am unable to confirm or deny. I asked *** for additional information (last name and address) when he picked up his repaired parts so that I could update our files and he refused. So as you can imagine searching for a record when supplied with such limited information has not been possible. That said we stand by our original statement any additional repairs and parts will be billed the standard parts and labor. Thank you

We would not be in business for 25 if we did what he says we did. The gentleman has a problem & I told him to bring the machine in to look at it & he said no unless we guaranteed that we would not charge him to fix it. I can not do that. The...

machine was out of our hands for over two months. We do not know what happened to it in those two months, we have to go by what he says. He says it just sits, and it is a possibility that he does not have the electrical AMPS to allow it to run, but he will not listen to me because I am a woman. We've tried, and this is not the first time he has done this. He had it in here three months prior to that, and when he got ready to use it he said the same old thing.
