Hotline Cleaners

Put my leather coat in the Cleaners to get repaired and cleaned. The repair looks somewhat good and the cleaning was terrible. It's damage on arm that wasn't there, damage on the inside that wasn't there the coat has whole different feel to it than when I bought it in it was soft at first now it's hard with noticeable wrinkles in what I really wanted cleaned was the cuffs and they are still dirty after them haven my coat for over two months charging me 150 dollars it's worse than when it went in this is not right.
