Hotel V SFO

Nice Hotel good helpful staff, we really only booked a room for a nights rest from home,and to enjoy the outdoor hot tub. However in the morning we decided to go again before check out April 15 2021. But the key card didnt work to access the hot tub. The man at front desk provided us with another but it didnt work either. He then came and opened it with a key card. The hot tub entrance is not close to the front desk and this was my 3rd trip there and back. as before the hot tub was nice ,until my daughter age 6 stepped on glass next to the hot tub. I checked and found many small pieces of glass around the area on the concrete tiles. Brought them to front desk,another trip there and back and got a bandaid from staff there. Staff there said the glass was from the gas appliance meant to supply heat near the hot tubs. I dont really care where it was from it shouldnt be on the ground where bathers can step on it! This was at the Hotel V in Gatineau Quebec April 14 2021 arrival April15 2021 departure reservation number 6889. I did take pictures of the glass and the cut on my daughters foot.
