As the new management of Hotel Texas we express regret for any miscommunication that has taken place with Ms. [redacted].  This reservation was created with previous ownership and was canceled during the transition period to the new ownership.    The cancellation was charged within the hotels cancellation policy.  The new ownership have implemented new operations rules which provides our customers flexibility for future cancellations.   We apologize Ms. [redacted] for her troubles.  Whilst reviewing Ms. [redacted] reservation, I did notice that there was a charge for her PET fee, this should have not been charged for cancellation.  If Ms. [redacted] is willing to provide her CC information, I will honor a refund of $16.95($15+tax pet fee) and place it back on her credit card.    Please feel free to contact me if there are further questions or concerns.   Thank you, Hotel Texas
