Good Morning [redacted] , We received a letter from the Revdex.com this week in regards to the charge that was placed on your credit card I apologize for the inconvenience that you were caused The Hotel Teatro did charge your credit card for $on October 15th for a no show penalty for your reservation Unfortunately, when you cancelled your reservation with [redacted] , the Hotel Teatro did not receive a record of this Since we were not aware that your reservation was cancelled, the no show penalty was incurred because the hotel did not have the information that you had cancelled We apologize that there was an issue with the communication of the cancellation through a system issue You called the hotel on the 17th of October to alert us and after contacting [redacted] to confirm that the reservation was cancelled through their system, your credit card was refunded the day that you contacted us I have attached the documentation of the charge and the refund and I’m assuming that you have already seen the credit on your card by now We did rectify the situation as soon as we were aware of it Sincerely, [redacted] ***
