Review: My husband T[redacted] and myself spent 2 nights at this hotel June 26 and 27. During the stay we used one item from the mini bar a "doctor in the house" box costing 6$. A few days later after departing noticed a charge on my credit card for 90$. I called the hotel back and was told the charge was for mini bar items used, there would be some research and I will get a call back, when I didn't get a call back I filed a dispute with the credit card they credited my account for 84$ while working with the hotel to resolve the dispute. Today I get an email from the credit card saying they would have to bill me back for the 84$ because the hotel sent them a list with item we used and basically there was no way to prove we didn't. I called the hotel again and asked to speak with a manager, the girl who answered said there wasn't one available but, again, there will be some research and the manager, whom will be in in the afternoon, will call me back. I didn't get a call back yet, in fact ever. The fact is I don't know what to do, we didn't use the mini bar except for one item, and I would like to be credited back. I just want what is right.Desired Settlement: Just don't want to pay for what we didn't use. Need a refund for 84$.
