Hello,We did receive a phone call from Hotels.com yesterday, but as the person who answered the phone was not the same person who you spoke with at our front desk on 3/4/17, he had to check with other employees before he can confirm your refund.After checking with the person who worked on 3/4/17, we did contact Hotels.com to confirm your refund, so Hotels.com should be processing it now
