Per a telephone conversation, we have come to resolution with the complaintant Mr*** *** on Friday, August 12, as follows
The hotel acknowledges that we inadvertently gave an incoming guest a key to the *** guestroom on the day they were scheduled to check out. This was
caused by a simple oversight of believing a guestroom was unoccupied, clean and ready for the next guest. In fact, the *** were still occupying the room. There was no intent to expose the guest of any danger, but we realize the inconvenience we caused
The *** have been reimbursed for their entire stay including room, tax and all meals.
In addition, the hotel has issued a written apology to Mrs*** and are in the process of sending a gift certificate to a desired restaurant of their choice in their hometownResponse to Complaint
