Hot Tubs R Us

I recently purchased a hot tub from "The Hot Tub Business" which came with a full 90 day warranty after purchase. The 1st issue that I had with this business was that it was not delivered when promised and took almost 2 weeks to get it delivered after I purchased it. I had an electrician come an install a 220v cable for the hot tub. The hot tub turned on, jets turned on, lights worked but it did not heat up and it leaks. I called the "owner" to report the issues that I was having several times, left him a voicemail, text messages and I have not heard from him. His business is listed on Facebook's marketplace, so I wrote him an instant message, which he read and did not reply. I believe that I have been part of a scam and now I am going to have to pay out of pocket for all the repairs. Please be aware of this company.
