Review: I contacted Hot Tub Specialists in mid September to schedule an appointment to repair my hot tub. They scheduled an appointment for two weeks later on Friday 9/**/14. They rescheulded for 9/**/14 and came from 1:51PM to 1:56PM. Literally 5 minutes. He said he needed to put some marine tex on the leak at a future appointment. I paid him $135.78 and he stated they would be in touch. A few days later they called to schedule an appointment around two weeks later on 10/*/14. The technician came from 3:19PM to 3:34PM. 15 minutes. He inspected the hot tub again (same technician) like this was the first time he was seeing it. He now stated that the jet was cracked and needed to be replaced. So now we already wasted two weeks of time when he could have made that assessment during the first appointment. He told me to order the part from the manufacturer and then to schedule another appointment. He said the repair job would be about two hours. I ordered the part and a week later on 10/**/14 I called and left a voicemail that the part was going to arrive on 10/**/14 and that I wanted to schedule an appointment (knowing that it seems to take two weeks to get one) Nobody called me back. I then called again on 10/**/14 and left a voicemail that I wanted to schedule an appointment and I asked if they could put me down for an appointment and call me back and let me know when I have been scheduled. Nobody called me back. I called again on 10/**/14 and left a voicemail that I wanted to make an appointment. Nobody called me back. I have called three times over a week and they won't return my call. I originally paid $135.78 for the initial visit and first hour of labor. If the visit was under an hour in length, then the time would rollover to any future appointments/repairs. He came for a total of 20 minutes over two appointments. I'm still owed 40 minutes worth of labor. If he came to do the repair job for two hours (like he stated), the 40 minutes would be applied before I would be billed again. I basically prepaid $135.78 for an hour of labor and only got 20 minutes. Now I have to call another company and pay again for the initial visit and first hour of labor.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $67.89, which is 30 minutes of labor refunded
