This is what we believe happened, the customer did come in and paid in full for his cover lifter. When it came to do installation and delivery our old service manager opened a new service order charging him the full amount and delivery, instead of referencing the old order which was already paid.... That employee no longer works for the company and didn’t rectify the situation before he left. On 10.25.16 our new service manager reached out to the customer and things were resolved. We have now updated his account, and there is no balance at this time.
