We had issues with our boiler It needed a replacement part and were told by this company that it could not be repaired and told us we needed to replace our boiler This cost over $5, Our boiler was only at half it's life and was so very upsetting it couldn't be repaired when in fact it was working perfectly other than it's firewall crumbling due to vibration repairs done to the outside of our house After trusting this company and the work was done we just happened to speak with another company and we were told there would be no problems replacing the fire wall in our boiler and since it still had at least another to years it would be worth while just replacing the fire wall That cost would have been much less than half the expense If using this company ***, get a second opinion Wish we would have Lesson learned here, no trusting another company no matter how honest they seem to be
