I purchased an *** recliner on December 18, 2018, for $567.16 (receipt attached). Please note the chair is still in condition however, the chair no longer reclines.
I contacted PayPal to obtain additional information on the seller listed as (***) on the invoice and a number listed *** which is no longer working. The email listed *** Please note, I emailed this individual, *** on 1/7/2020 who also uses the email address *** to seek assistance. The seller offered no assistance at but instead suggested that I contact a repairperson. I have attached the correspondence.
My desired resolution is, I would like a refund or the seller should send someone out to check the motor in the recliner. I had the chair for a year before it completely went out during the holidays.
