Very poor customer service. Received damaged item and had to file [redacted] claim to get a partial refund. It shouldn't be this hard to do business with a company. Customer service is virtually non existing - no reply to emails or phone messages. Finally got a reply after escalating to [redacted] claim. Rediculous amount of effort for a simple $10 item.
