I would highly recommend Noel and Hot Rod Drain Service! We had a problem with a floor drain overflowing when the washing machine emptied. We tried snaking it ourselves, to no avail, and when we called our regular plumber he referred us to Hot Rod Drain Service. Noel gave us an approximate time when he could come out and even called to let us know when he was ten minutes away. He had a look, suggested a plan of action, rolled out his red carpet to cover the stairs, and promptly got to work. Not only did he clear the drain but he wiped and cleaned up as he worked and when he was finished. Unusual for many tradespeople. The invoice was in line with what we had discussed beforehand and payment was simple. Noel is professional, knowledgeable and very proficient. We would not hesitate to call him if more work was required and I have passed on his contact information to a number of my friends.

Noel is a consumate professional , arrived early. He came, he saw, he conquered oour plugged sink that a bigger company charged me a little over $1,000 in time and didnt fix. . Then he went above and beyond by improving the piping under the kitchen sink at no extra cost and making sure toilet was flushing to properly. This guy really knows his stuff and he can do it all. I will get him to replace my toilet in the near future and any plumbing needs I have he will be the one I call. Very pleased with the service and he did the job at 1/4 of the price of the big guys and he did it properly and didnt leave a mess unlike the big guys,

Had Hot Rod Drain Service over to install a new toilet in the guest bathroom. Arrived on time and installation was completed in a professional fashion and at a great price. You can't ask for more! Will be using HRDS for my future plumbing needs.

Noel provides prompt and friendly service, doing what was agreed upon. He made sure we were happy with the service, which we were. Very reasonably priced relative to big companies and a great small business to support in my opinion.

Noel ( Hot Rod Service) was recommended by another plumber who was not in the business of cleaning out plugged drains. Noel arrived on time, and spent well over an hour in doing the job and making some improvements in the plumbing pipes. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and much to my wife's delight, meticulously cleaned up after the job was complete. Noel is a small business guy doing good work; highly recommended.

Hot Rod Drain Service came highly recommended from a colleague when we had a sewage backup. Noel was able to come out same day when three other drain companies we contacted were going to be at least 24 to 48 hours. He was able to get our line augured out from an awkward location and clear out the tree roots that were causing the backup. He was friendly, kept us informed while he was working and provide us with all the camera footage. He was also considerate about keeping the house clean while he worked and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely call him back again if we have any drainage issues and would recommend Hot Rod to anyone.

Work done was auguring our sewer pipe to City property in the back lane. Didn't know Noel before this work, but he was recommended by my plumber of long standing, who has has earned my utmost confidence. I found Noel to be very capable, experienced, personable, patient and his work reasonably priced. He spent a long time cleaning up afterward. On the basis of his work for me today, I will be calling him when I have a problem in the future. Other reviews of Noel's work posted on his website are glowing, and to my mind, entirely appropriate. It is easy to recommend him to others.
