This is what I found INSIDE my neck wrap--a gift from my sister who bought it on QVC: A SEWING MACHINE NEEDLE! Yes, it bit my finger & I pulled it out of the neck wrap! Is this ridiculous or what? Was it an accident or was some sick-headed laborer trying to hurt someone? This company needs QC, at TH very least. Beware, people!
Review: I ordered a hat and was sent the wrong item. I called and was promised that the correct hat would be sent to me. It never was. Customer service rarely answers their phone. The mail box is full. When they do answer all they say is "Well look into it and call you back". Of course they never return my calls.Desired Settlement: I want the hat. It's cold outside. But I need it ASAP. A month from now does me no good. I would like it overnight mail and no I never demanded this from them. I just think that since the item is seasonal and I ordered it 1/5/14 that I have waited long enough.
Review: I ordered two hats from this company. Upon receipt of the package it only contained one hat. I immediately emailed the company's customer service simply requesting that they please send out the second hat. After waiting a full week, I had received no response to my email and no hat was sent. Being dissatisfied with this company's lack of customer service, I emailed the company's customer service again requesting a full refund and return instructions for the product. They emailed a shipping label but disregarded and made no mention of my request for a refund. I also asked if I'd be responsible for shipping charges to which I received no reply. I finished by stating that I'd rather take it up with The Revdex.com because I at least have ONE hat and I do not trust that I'll receive a refund based on my experience with the company so far. I still received no reply from their customer service so I am filing the complaint as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $10.49; exactly half of what I spent with this company. Also, please explain the importance of prompt customer service to this company.

Hi. I filed complaint #[redacted] on February 14, 2014. I see on your website that you have attempted to contact this company twice and have received no response. I assume that at this point that there is nothing that can be done and I will just have to research which companies I do business with in the future. I am absolutely appalled that any company would rather tarnish their reputation than quickly resolve such a relatively menial issue. In my opinion, lack of urgency in dealing with any customer concern is inexcusable in today's highly competitive business world. Thank you for your help and for your ongoing efforts. [redacted]
