Review: We purchased a [redacted] for 3 dog training sessions. [redacted], company owner, told me in our first phone call that the three sessions were a great way to get a taste of training. She highlighted that once we complete the sessions we can buy a package where they would deduct the $79 we spent on [redacted], and those sessions become "free" because we would start the newly purchased package of 12 sessions. The communication from the beginning was poor. Prior to purchasing the training, [redacted] assured me that they would work diligently within the confines of our schedules and were available to train on Sundays as well as at varied convenient locations. Yet, once the bigger package purchase was made the difficulty of scheduling increased. She made herself unavailable by phone. Therefore, I followed her lead and worked via text messages. [redacted], dog trainer, consistently arrived 20 plus minutes late to the scheduled sessions. Moreover, once we were working from the more expensive package (consumed the three [redacted] sessions)he was providing 20-30 minute sessions versus the original hour long sessions that he gave when on the [redacted] deal. It became clear that [redacted] and [redacted]'s tactics are to merely get clients through [redacted] at a good rate and lengthy sessions with false advertisement through conversations, then coax the client to purchase more sessions. Once the sessions are purchased at the higher price they attempt to drive you out by showing up late, not giving adequate training and cancelling sessions. They then proceed to not refund your money, hence creating profit for them without providing the service. [redacted] also harasses the clients and [redacted] lies about previously stated terms she utilized to sell the packages. Lastly, there is a [redacted] review highlighting similar concerns with this company. Evidently this is a pattern. I also have all text message documentation to prove my case.Desired Settlement: We are now requesting a FULL REFUND of $400 due to our lack of satisfaction with the services and the fraudulent ways this business operates.
