We value our customers and we try to work
with them as much as possible.However as a business we have to follow and abide
the law and Mrs [redacted] has failed to abide by KRS 35.702 on numerous occasions
by writing bad checks to Hot Deals on Wheels when she knowingly knew there were
no funds available.The car has been repossessed since 2/7/14 and notice of sale
was sent to her on 2/10/14. Mrs [redacted] has defaulted on the agreement that she
made with [redacted] Finance Co, Inc. Any further notices from now on can be
directed to the finance company.
