Hot Bikram Retreats

Hello,
My complaint is against Hot Bikram Retreats I signed up for a week long retreat in Morocco in July for an event that was suppose to be held in September I paid in full and then they cancelled the retreat with no official notice Only to find out this was not happening with me reaching out to gather event details weeks in advance In the terms and conditions no where does it state that I should not be receiving a full refund based on them cancelling
Since September 6th they have not responded with details on the cancellation, honoring the service and/or providing a full refund I spent close to $5,dollars ( cost of the retreat and airfare)
