Four of us, our family , drove from Long Beach to Phoenix Arizona for the HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHT on April 20,2019 to be ready for the booked trip with "HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHT" on the morning of April 21, 2019.
I provided the merchant our address, MOTEL 6 Scottsdale, South at Phoenix Arizona, to be picked up on the said morning of April 21; nobody came! And we got a call later from the driver from the merchant asking where we were. I told the guy if he was in the front of the hotel to pick us up because that was the agreement that I paid for: "Hotel pick up" and part of their requirement was to provide our hotel address which I did and they have a copy of it from the document they sent me. Yet, the driver did not come , and told me that we are already late and just talk t*** the manager on what to do. Then , *** told me that the option is to rebook the flight. But, all of us had to work the following day and had to go back to Long Beach. I am asking a REFUND OF the amount I paid , $716.00 for the 4 of us. I can't rebook it at any date soon because of other commitments.which the merchant is suggesting. I just want a refund of the money, $716.00.
Also, we did not break any of their requirements. We booked on April 20... which does not give us any way or plan to cancel because it's less than 24 hour notice. So with the best of all our intentions, we ,4, drove all the way from Long Beach to be there on time. But, the driver does not even know where we at at the time of the trip. They, merchant and Expedia has not coordinated well based on their advertised services and the actual delivery of services which we missed. Not because of our own shortcomings, but their negligence. I have the documents to prove all these claims.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We never want anyone to be dissatisfied with their tour, or lack of, and look forward to resolving this matter.
We received the Expedia booking for the *** party of four (4) guests on Saturday, April 20th, 2019 at 4:41pm. The booking was then processed into our system and an email confirmation with the details of the booking for the following day was sent to the *** party. The booking received from Expedia is attached, where you can see the guests purchased the “Shared Morning Hot Air Balloon Flight without Hotel Transfers includes Food and Drinks” tour option.
The option purchased by this party did not include hotel transfers, but rather the guests were scheduled to meet at our daily check in location, the Deer Valley Airport. The information on the tour check in time and check in location was in the email confirmation sent to the guests, and recorded in our booking system as opened/read on 4/20/19 at 7:05pm MST, the day prior to the hot air balloon tour.
That being said, if the guests can share proof that they did adjust their tour to include hotel transfers, we would be happy to refund them. Otherwise, we would be happy to issue the guests a gift certificate to utilize at a later date.
